Have you wondered how much your printer will cost over time? If you want to know, you can check how many pages you print every week. Then multiply that by 52 weeks, to reach a year’s total. Afterwards, divide that number with the cartridge page yield. The result is the number of cartridges you will need per year. If you print, say, 25 pages in a week, you will end up printing 1300 pages in a year. If your printer cartridge is rated to print 200 copies, you’d need to buy 7 cartridges per year to print 1300 pages. To cut down on ink jet cartridge purchases, you can choose to buy compatible ink jet cartridges instead of original cartridges.
