Because of the media and many ongoing awareness campaigns, many citizens now know how their consumption affects the environment. With just about anything bought and consumed these days making use of plastic and non-biodegradable packaging, consumptions is putting more into landfills. These can only mean wasted materials, pollution, and problems in waste disposal. But there is at least one thing that can be done to avoid or curb such wastage and pollution - recycling.
